With more than 2X (double) increase in ticket sales for the most recent event in May, the Hamilton Fempreneurs ELEVATE Networking Night is one of our favourite success stories at Oasis Integrated Communications to date!
💡The Challenge: In October 2023, we had a task to create a new unforgettable, standout networking event for the Fempreneurs – the first since COVID; one that would increase visibility and brand awareness for the Hamilton Fempreneurs, attract new members, and bring existing members together.

What We Did:
✅️Curated ELEVATE Networking Night, a first-of-its-kind event in October 2023 that merged networking with unforgettable elements including renowned speaker and award-winning entrepreneur Julie Cole; live entertainment with comedian Rhiannon Agostinho-Cleary, fempreneur exhibitors to showcase their products and services, PLUS prizes, and free swag!
✅️An integrated communications strategy to get the event seen, heard, and remembered. Yes, we drummed up the FOMO!

📈300+ new members over one month of promotion.
